Roxas: Not a nobody?

sorry to get off topic, but if it takes a strong heart, like a keyblade master's hearts for instance, to create a special nobody like Roxas, doesn't that mean that Xion is the product of a keblade master turning into a heartless?

It takes a strong Heart to create a Nobody, period. Hence why it seems there're much less Nobodies than Heartless - because there're a lot less strong Hearted people that turn into Heartless that can cast off Nobodies, when compared with how many people total turned into Heartless.

Roxas is special because Sora was purified from being a Heartless, hence Roxas lacks Sora's Memories. However, aside from that, his birth was completely normal as far as we know. Sora turned into a Heartless, and being in possession of a strong Heart, cast off a Nobody.
Kairi's interference came in close relation to Roxas's birth, but isn't directly related to it.

Xion being a special Nobody can have nothing to do with her Somebody being a Keyblade Wielder (since Sora, a Wielder, cast off a perfectly 'normal' Nobody). It's all dictated by the circumstances of her birth.

I mean, think about this. Roxas can dual wield because he is the "nobody" of a Keyblade wielder. He fights with Oblivion and Oathkeeper; the representation of Sora's memories of Riku and Kairi. He can feel emotion (apparently) and was formed when Sora became a heartless. Not that when Sora became a heartless, he wasn't normal. He sought out Kairi and was returned back to his former self.

Perhaps Roxas isnt a nobody. Perhaps Keyblade wielders can't develop Nobodies like normal people can. Perhaps Roxas is a failsafe implented if a Keybalde wielder was to fall into darkness...

Perhaps Ventus was somehow saved from his possible freezing death by being merged by the heart to a future Keyblade master?

Oh yeah, I know Ven didnt die instantlyfrom the freezing attack from Master Xehanort, but he may have died later from it.

normally people become heartless and if they have strong hearts a nobody will be created.
sora became a heartless but he DID come back which is the only difference to wat normally happens
if sora (as a heartless were to die) then chances will be that roxas will be just as normal as the others
this applies to namine as well--her somebody (kairi) is alive which gives her the ability to feel
one problem thou= axel has feelings as well, perhaps, just maybe his sombody is still alive somewhere lol

Not really. He'd still have a Keyblade, and he'd still lack his Memories.

Not so much alive, as much as the Heart isn't a Heartless.
And of course, this is still purely speculation.

You're confusing alive with purified. Even as a Heartless and Nobody, the person is still alive. On the contrary, so long as the person isn't as a whole being, he can't die.
The only Nobody who truly has a Somebody (with Somebody being the original person as a whole being) is Namine, and that's because she never took anything from Kairi, unlike Roxas who took Sora's B+S.

Axel said Roxas made him feel like he has a Heart, so that can be used to explain everything.

Namine said after Axel's death that he went on to become whole. If that's true, then his Heart was purified by a Keyblade at one point in time, so if the whole 'purified Heart makes for a Nobody that can feel' is true, it adds up.

Here's my reasoning to these conundrums. Nomura put whatever he wanted into the game for coolness value and for the fact that he didn't expect anyone to question his actions. As we all know, he has been questioned. So, he had to come up with answers on the spot during these interviews in order to prevent himself from looking foolish. Since these explanations are improvised, it's quite the obstacle to fill in every gap.

No. She didn't imply anything even relatively close to that. She implied that Axel's heartless, at some point, got defeated by Sora and Co. and now he's whole.

He misinterpreted your spoiler thing as Axel having one when it said he was purified by one meaning that it could have been anyone's keyblade.

We know Sora's Memories are still leaking to Roxas, which is part of why Roxas is abnormal. The rest is speculation at least for a while.

I thought they couldn't do that if the heart was purified fast enought, but I guess that only applies to Nobodies being born with memories then doesn't it? Are the memories leaking because Sora is being exposed to darkness at some point? I'm sure you told me before that no one knows why they are leaking or something.

Roxas initially lacking Memories is the result of Sora being purified fast enough. However, that doesn't mean the Memories won't go where they belong in the long run, being the Nobody, especially with what Namine put Sora's Memories through.

Said Memories were said to fall into the Darkness of Sora's Heart. The Darkness is what pulls the Memories away from the Heart when it becomes a Darkness. I think the logical deduction is obvious.

The PoHs' Hearts lack the ability to house Darkness, so whether or not they're exposed is redundant. As to shielding another being, if Kairi's Heart, being inside Sora's Body, failed to keep him from turning into a Heartless, I'd say the answer to that one is no.

Roxas is a Nobody, even if he has a heart.

He may not fall under DiZ's standard definition of a Nobody, but he's got the basics. He's what was left over when Sora's heart was released. If he has/lacks additional components, that only makes him special.

Plus, if he weren't a Nobody, that would undermine his purpose in KH2. His entire story would be meaningless.

He's special.....so maybe he feels a little or somthing and dispite what everyone thinks, i think that Namin'e can feel as well.
Xion 2 all 3 of them are special in some weird way.

It's been brought up, but again - should Namine and Roxas truly be capable of harboring emotions, it probably has to do with the fact their Hearts aren't Heartless. Therefore, there's no Darkness to cut off the connection between them and their Hearts, and the Hearts' ability to feel.

Uh, not really, no. Otherwise I suppose Riku and Sora both would've been Duel Wielding more than just the times we saw them manage that at, Mickey would've Duel Wielded too, and MX would've pulled another Keyblade or something in the secret endings. And if not him, then DS.
And let's never forget the fact that when Roxas and Sora Duel Wielded for the first times in KH2, the fact they had two Keyblades was kind of a big deal.
