Proud Oregonian!
Cherry blossoms are only vaguely associated with death, mostly in tanka (short poetry) because they bloom and then die in only a few weeks. They are considered beautiful because they don't last long, and are mostly associated with transience and bitter sweet sadness. (I majored in Japanese Literature in college, can you tell? Hahaha.)

But it would be very odd for boys to have anything to do with flowers, it's mostly considered a girls area of expertise. Even Ikebana, while there are male practitioners, most of the ones I know are female.

And no, pink is definitely a girls color, even in Japan. I can't even count the number of times I've had boy students tell me they like all the colors in the rainbow--except pink they would say. Pink is icky. Girls, of course, are all about the pink. Go look at the Hello Kitty in Sanrio stores, seriously.

So in Japan:

Girls = pink and flowers.
Boys = ... I don't know, Kamehameha?

Why did you just reapeat yourself.

Then I feel sorry for them. See I can do it too.

I repeated myself because I noticed exactly what rokudamia2 did on your response.

Alrighty then.

But, even so, Marluxia turned out to be more full of testosterone than half of the Organization, rivaling even Larxene.

Who's the true man in the group.

I expected it to be Isa, sounded like the best option. Great to have confirmation about it.
