Now when you mention it, Isa actually is a female name. At least in Finland.
So is Lea.

I would pronounce it as if the Umlaut on the "i" was still there.
So it would be "Eye-sah"

Should of kept the umlaut... Umlauts are manly. Would make up for it.

And as of Lea...
Well... either way it sounds like a girl. Especially when Leah is in fact a girl name.
