I've seen all the episodes so far, which is 5 I think, and its one of my favorite animes right behind Bebop and Trigun. I love how the show screws with the original animes. I also like how it pokes fun at homosexuality and how it doesn't condemn it but brings it to a new light that makes us chuckle with it, not at it.

I don't know if they have this in the English version (I watched the Japanese version) but on the first episode they have a blatant note that it is historically incorrect and not to complain... One of the many issues (aside from the obvious hip-hop did not exist yet) is that it is after the Meiji Revolution when swords have become banned, but Jin and Mugen run around perfectly fine with swords. Remember the episodes where Kenshin gets attacked for carrying a sword?

Lately, Cartoon Network has been showing anime movies on Saturday nights. Tonight they're even going to have the Escaflowne movie. I'm pretty sure CN is going to get new episodes.
