Seems to me like this would be a great fight. Sasori can be a hundred places at once, and Neji can see them all.

Well, to be honest, that would be a hard call. If Neji could get close enough, and hit the Real part of Sasori with his 8 trigrams 64 palms, he would probably win......

Neji hands down.
The Byakugan allows him to see any and everywhere the real Sasori is. Neji's palm rotation essentially does away with all of Sasori's projectile attacks. He can also throw chakara from his palms, causing a powerful thrust which would pretty much wound Sasori from far away. Last but not least he's extremely fast, and once he'd reach the real Sasori his trigrams attack would be an instant kill, seeing as with his Byakugan he can see where the chakara flow is coming from (I.E mobile organs package thingy?). Not to mention as we've seen before, it's quite easy for Neji to sever chakara strings.
