How can I screencapture a image? I have tried to do everything.

If you want to get a screenshot of what is currently on your screen then you have to press 'Print Screen'. You then open up a paint program and make a new canvas. Press Ctrl+V and the screenshot should come up. Save it as whatever you wish.

It's on your keyboard. Should be near F12. If you can't see it then obviously, you have problems.

It won't say you took a screenshot. There is no menu. You click it, and then paste it on any empy canvas. Be it MS Paint, or Photoshop.
