So, it's safe to say that TAV get the same item when LSVan gets defeated.Now the scene after the fight, it looks like a heart was inside that sphere of darkness.

Have we gotten that item that was said to turn you into armor form?
If not then thats my first guess.
Second would be ultima like keyblade synth item.
