I beat him somewhere in the 70s level-wise on proud. He's a bitch, but with patience and practice, it's easy to predict his movements, since he's a repetitive bastard.

Pretty much, once you learn Seph's moves set and the correct thing to do when he does each move, both of which you should pick up on after like, the fourth time fighting him, he's really easy.

Lowest level I've beat him at is like, 48 or something like that. I haven't played KH2 in a while, but I know it was low compared to how high leveled most people are when they do it.
