Shiness: Glorious Indie RPG

A game where anthropomorphic animals coexist with humans. It has its own made-up language (conceived by blending elements of Arabian and African languages with Japanese and French) and combines elements of a fighting game with action rpg using some powers that seem to be akin to earthbending. Aesthetically, I get a Ni No Kuni vibe from it. The scenery is fantastic with airships and waterfalls and villages and forests all seemingly on the back of giant flying creatures. It has wonderful music too.

It's definitely one of, if not the best looking indie rpg game I've seen on Kickstarter. It's already funded, but with 3 more days to go, there is still some time to tackle a few more stretch goals. I'd like to see it on consoles. I'm just wishing I came across this sooner.

This game has such lovely scenery, character designs, and enemy designs. This is the type of rpg I've been waiting a lifetime for.

I forgot to mention this game will have a lot of puzzle solving. I like how you switch between the characters in your party to use their unique abilities in conjunction to solve puzzles.

This is the sort of game I've come to expect to see from high-profile Japanese developers. It seems very ambitious for a western indie group. They even have a manga tie-in for it. Well they're calling it manga but people will argue that it has to be Japanese to be manga. The first chapter can be found on their site. It looks like it's going to be in multiple volumes with ten chapters in the first one.
