I think the next game will be composed of two things plot-wise.
1. It'll detail Sora's journey to find Aqua, Ven, and Terra.
And two this is the less obvious of the matter. I think the final chapter of Kingdom Hearts will show Sora, Riku, and Mickey, and possibly TAV as well, going back in time to the Era of the Keyblade Wars, and thats probably where Master Xehnorts schemes will reach their climax. It'll end with them finally defeating Xehanort alongside an army of keybladers. And them finally putting the Keyblades to rest.
We'll learn that the Keyblade Graveyard isn't a Graveyard at all, but a memorial for when Good finally triumphed over evil.
And the reasoning behind all this?
The fact that Sora and Riku's keyblade were already at the Graveyard by the time Birth By Sleep took place, and the fact that their Keyblades were in the Center of the Graveyard would imply that they took the most important part in the Keyblade War.
Thus the Kingdom Hearts-verse would be in a loop with all the events taking place all over again.
