In KH1 Xehanort's heartless's clothing is kinda like a merge of Master Xehanort's and Terra's. The top half consists of the the jacket and other misc. clothing he wore in BBS while the bottom half has that dress thing Terra was wearing.

Uh...okay. It was pretty obvious. But I don't see Ansem SoD wearing anything resembling Terra's, least of all his totally noticeable hakama.
