Somewhat stupid question

I apologize if this has already been discussed; I looked through the other topics and didn't find one with this question. I apologize if I overlooked it.

According to Ansem's journal (Kingdom Hearts II), a human being is made up of three main parts: The soul (you/your essance?), the vessel (your physical body), and the heart (your emotions?). So.... When Sora was turned into a Heartless, his heart was "reborn into the world as something entirely different" (a Heartless) while his body and soul became Roxas, his Nobody (I think?). However, after he went back to normal, shouldn't Roxas have disappeared, considering that Sora obviously didn't have more than one body and more than one soul? Or is that the very reason that Roxas "doesn't exist?" I'm sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, or if I'm just overanalyzing things like I often tend to do, but this has been bothering me for quite some time now. Thanks.

Technically, Sora didn't necessarily 'went back to normal' - he wasn't a heartless anymore, yeah, but he wasn't a whole being.

I have transcended to an existence of only the heart. I should have come back as a Heartless, but there is no sign of such a transformation.

What's in bold print is pretty much what Sora was at that point in time; a wandering heart, Roxas being the body and soul. ^_^

Yeah, what .Oji said. He was just a heart pretty much, and from that the remainder of himself was retained (personality etc) and the body... Well I suppose you could say the body was formed out of his heart, and possibly Kairi's as well, seing as it was her that brought him back...

And that's what I did say, when I said "And possibly Kairi's as well" which went with "The body being fored from Sora's heart", so in other words, "the light of Kairi's heart brought him back, and more than likely had something to do with his body being recreated'

Namine was created from Kairi's heart being released from Sora's body, which is the way all Heartless are created, via the heart leaving the body...

It disappeared because the said key was forged from hearts. When those hearts were released, it was destroyed. Now enough, please.

You got that one right. The Dark Keyblade, once Sora used it to release Kairi's heart, turned back into the other 6 PoH's hearts, hence destroying it, technically.
