Sora's Forms

I know about how Sora gets his wisdom and valor forms ( fusing with donald and goofy) but how does sora obtain his master and final forms- and whats this i hear about a strange beast form.

for master sora fuses with doneld and goofy...im not quite sure about final..

Brave (not VALOR!!!) Form = Sora and Goofy

Wisdom Form = Sora and Donald

Master Form = Sora and Donald + Goofy

Final Form = Sora and ??? (Rumored to be Roxas)
