When they say Thought Armor, does that mean that what's left in Terra's armor is his memories? No actual physical body, heart, or soul? It's like Tetsuya's tribute to Alphonse Elric, but cooler.

I'm not sure what part of him is left in the armor and the translator kept calling it 'thought armor' so it kind of stuck.

Aqua destroyed the X-Blade, it caused an explosion of light that then engulfed Terranort. It transported him to Radiant Garden.

The reason why Roxas looks like Ven is because of the connection Sora and Ven have through their hearts.

I don't wanna make anyone angry if no one has the answer to this question.

Where were Ven and Terra in BBS's secret ending when they said Sora's name? From the context of everything I assumed it was a year after KH2 since Ansem was talking to Aqua.

It occured in Land of Departure.
The scene isn't meant to be taken literally, it's more for symbolism to show how Sora's heart is connected to all of these people.

well xion and axel r "dead", roxas is inside sora, terra is "dead"/part of him is LS, and ven is inside of sora (not sure..) and physically in CoW

Why does MX remove the darkness from Vents' heart? Why is Ventus so special? When does he first wake up? (When he first connects with Sora).

He removes the darkness because Ventus couldn't accept it and use it or whatever.

Ventus wasn't special until MX screwed with his heart.

We don't know the exact time frame.

In Terra's Story, there's a flashback to MX and Ventus entering Land of Departure.

Terra and Aqua meet Ven and everything seems nice, but then Ventus starts screaming and he collapses, and then MX and Eraqus rush to him. I believe it's assumed after that Eraqus took him as his apprentice.

I don't get it, how do you guys know when the encounter between Aqua and Ansem(? is it even ansem) was? How do you know it was a year (not right after, but a year) KH2? It could have been a cameo symbol thingy just like Namine Xion Axel ect.

Ansem says to her "It's been over a year since I last saw [Sora]".

maybe but how did van get the x blade and also wat is zack's purpose is he jsut liek there part of olympic coliseum/no future influence (if hes just for that purpose i kinda wish they didnt add him and putted back cloud & sephoroth instead...since they r ther mini stoy going)
