Does Axel look more full in the face... he doesn't seem as thin in this one, here's what I mean

may just be the display, but he looks older/not as super thin in the new trailer

That is because it's not Axel but Lea in the Jump Festa-Trailer. Same reason the tattoos are missing.
Axel =/= Lea...pretty simple.

I don't understand what you mean. He looks pretty much the same (minus the tear-tattoos).

And that JF trailer you posted is stretched from what it originally is. Just to let you know. Maybe that's where you think he looks "fuller" than in that CoM scene.
Which is kind of shrunk on the sides if you couldn't see.

No, Lea's face is more rounded now. It's another way of showing that it's not Axel, just like the tattoos, and the hair.

Perhaps the return of his heart promotes more blood-flow and in turn make's Lea's face rounder than Axel's?

But yeah, besides the changes made to the videos, The stretching and shrinking of them, his face is looking rounder.

So? Lol. Riku had a lot less hair when he was in KH1 in comparison to KH2. Hair grows man.
I think it has a little to do with the angle of his head in that screen cap, though.

His jaw line isn't as jaggered when he is Lea.

I think that's may be because of the way his head is positioned. They're low quality pictures, so I can't tell if he really does look more full (though he sorta seems to be), but it's easy to notice how the tears distract from the rest of his face. By nature, I think we're inclined to look at people's eyes and the tears really magnifies the focus on that particular area; it may also be what causes his face to look thinner as Axel (along with the position of his head, at least in that picture, and that is if he even is thinner).

At least that's what I think.

And yeah, I see Lea has longer hair. This may just be me, but I also think his eyebrows are a tad bit smaller/thinner as Lea.
