Yep.




IMO the films are good as long as its, well an actual film. Every animated thing they have done is fail (with the exception of the former Clone Wars series that aired quite a while ago), especially the new clone wars series/movie that no one talks about.

Despite this I am still a big fan of the series (I pretend that TCW doesn't exist) and still put in some of my old movies from time to time. I enjoy Episode III the most in the prequel trilogy and Episode V in the original trilogy.

Don't completely agree. Episode I & II were utter shit in my opinion, aside from the lightsaber fights in the end. And I actually enjoyed the Clone Wars series. Not the current one, but the first one with the mini-episodes.

Don't know what my favorite one of the films is though.

Actually, I did as well. Just managed to forget about it. It was a great tie between II and III and I enjoyed the series.

Still dont know why Episode I gets so much hate though, Qui Gon Jinn and Darth Maul were awesome.

I did dislike II though... I only ever watch it because it has Christopher Lee in it xD

Gotcha say, I'm suprised there isn't one of these already. Regardless I really like the Star Wars series.

The only decent animated product, in my opinion was the Original Star Wars: Clone wars. It came on Cartoon network back in 2003 with each eposide only about 5 minutes long. It was action pack, told us plot elements that weren't told in the movies and best of all it focused more on the other Jedi and even the villians more then that whiny punk Anakin. In a sense the current show is a sucky sequel to this series. The Jedi and Sith were alittle over powered with the force but the series as a whole was a heck of alot better then whats on now.

Yeah that clone wars series was good. I forgot about it in the OP. I liked the part that explained why Grievous has his trademark breathing problems xD

One thing about SW is John Williams. He does an amazing job composing the scores to the soundtrack.

I saw 4-6 when I was very small, they gave me the trilogy collection and I remember seeing them a lot of times despite the fact that I forgotten a lot of parts. I remember always being scared of Darth Vader, so I would always skip the part where he takes of his mask. I don't remember The Phantom Menace all that much. I remember liking the Clone Wars. Revenge of the Sith was good but only the ending parts, the rest of the movie dragged on.

If you don't think The Empire Strikes Back is the best film throughout the entire series, then something is UTTERLY wrong with you.

And what is wrong with you people? The Clone Wars series is amazing. The movie sucked hairy balls, I'll give you that.
