Okay, I got the Swap Magic 3.6 but what am I suppose to do now?

Hmm... I have blocked all the three sensors on my Slim.
I can now play my Swap Magic without needing to close the top of the Playstation.
The Swap Magic starts and then the CD stops spinning so that I can switch it with my import game.
Then, I take my Swap Magic out and inserts Re:Chain of Memories and press Load Program.
Re:Com starts to spin around very slowly for some seconds and then it just stops.
I look at screen and it says "Invalid PS2 disk" or something like that...
So, what did I do wrong?
