As he saw his commander signal them to follow him, he guessed that this mission consisted in retreiving the poor girl that had been kidnapped, disterbed from her peaceful sleep, though it might not have been so peaceful.
"Yes sir." He had responded, attaching a silencer to his hand gun and wearing night vision goggles. He activated the goggles, he saw everything in green, but it was all clear. He followed his leader, cautiously taking very slight steps to be as quiet as possible. He was glad to see that they weren't giving up on her so in his case, if this ever hapened to him, he was certain to not to be left behind. They would come to fetch him as they were going to delivere her from their hold.


They had searched every building and vehicle. Finally they foud the right one. As they trotted back, the leader carrying the girl, he followed him, on his guards to protect him from any attack. They had though left the soldier behind, which meant that he was probably deceased by now. That was one that they had ruthlessly left behind. He coukdn't do anything to help him so why bother bothering his boss. He was left for dead, there was no more hope for him to ever see his family. He had died willingly, loyaly fighting for his country, he deserved a proper burial, he would speak of this subject to his boss though.

Leah hardly understood what was happening until the explosion that Luca had set off. That sent her body into tensing itself up until she noticed it was Luca carrying her. Se calmed herself down and smiled, so they hadn't abandoned her at all. Sooner then she had time to protest being carried they were at the bunker and She found herself in a room alone. She quikly changed into the different uniform and looked around the room for any water. Finding a glass she drank it all down feeling the pain in her dry throat leave her behind as it left. Much better. She still had a huge headache but the stomach had died down, as long as she was careful about the bruises she would probably be fine.

Opening the door to the other room she stepped in and sat next to Luca quietly.

"thanks. I thought you guys left me there. I'm not sure how they found out about me, but I'll admit it, i spent to much time there. It was my mistake. You really didn't have to get me."
She knew he would probably bring up the motto about leaving no man behind so she spoke again.
"I know I know, leave no man behind but it was my problem and my fault."

Suddenly, Cody burst in the room that contained Luca and Leah. "Sir, they are surrounding us. They have missile launchers and are intending on blowing up this building. Do you wish for me to announce a total evacuation or do we defy them as attacking back!?" He announced alarmingly. The situation was bad. he greatly wondered what Luca would answer at the rather alarming situation.

"Let me explain the situation."

He pulled out a map of the bunker from a pouch occupying his waist. It contained the whole plan. He fetched a pen from the pouch and began drawing on it. He drew x's signifying the enemies positions surrounding the building, some on it, some preparing to enter. "As far a I know sir, they might have already entered and have threw smoke grenades already. Here are the exits." On this, he drew staright vertical lines which meant exit. There were 3 exits which was not a whole bunch for the amount of soldiers they had. "We have to act quickly, our soldiers might be at risk sir."

he turned to leah" if it were any other soldier i probably wouldn't have cared so much, but since you are a long time friend, i had to come after you. thats the only reason i agreed to this mission, was to find you and make sure you were ok" he sighed and turned to cody" we stay. its the safest course of action right now, we are making sure that Leah gets out alive." he could care less about himself right now, he was worried about his soldiers" se4t up cover, flip over tables, set traps for in case we have to fall back. we will go out through this wondow here if all comes to worst." he looked out and saw the bbattleing out side, the americans had taken most of the beach, if they jumped out, they would be safe." Leah go with Private Rone and seargent Wick out the window, they will escort you to the nearest feild hospital where they can check you out to make sure everything is ok." Luca turned back to the door." alright people, lets set the traps and lay down some cover, they will not get any further into this bunker, hold them off long enough to get Leah and the others out of here, when they are out we will detonate the charges...which we have to rig first. plant them a foot apart from each other and put them all the way to this position, we will get out and detonate the bunker. ready, soldiers... lets go"

"Is she okay?" Vannessa hand stopped wrapping, clutching the roll of bandage.

"I dunno. I think the capt'n was plannin' to go an' ge' 'er, but I was car'ed out 'fore anythin' 'happened." The interrogated soilder had come in with a head injury and a piece of shrapnel lodged in his leg. He'd been part of Captain Nesheart's troop and even now was keep to get back to the battle. "I think the lass'll be fine, don' you fuss abou' it."

"Yes, sir." She smiled, returning to the sliced up leg.Imagine, a spy! It must be so exciting.

James had by now made it to the beach, only to find more enemy soldiers. Thinking quickly he hid in a small cove and studied the situation. He had already checked to see if the enemy force from the village was following but they must have thought he was dead along with the rest of his squad.

Taking out a small pair of binoculars he looked on as the enemy force started to surround a small bunker on the beach. Inside must have been allies, but they idn't stand a chance if they fought.

Checking his equipment he placed everything he had on the soft sand. he searched every pocket, everywhere for extra items but he was left with little equipment after the battle in the village. Looking at his equipment he started to formulate a plan. 1 pistol with a silencer and 3 rounds of ammo, 1 small knife, 1 set of binoculars, 1 grenade and 1 smoke bang, not a lot to take on an enemy force.

After about 5 minutes he realised that the enemy force was preparing to attack. Swiftly putting the silencer on his pistol he crept out, staying in the shadows and prepared to help his allies out.

Cody stood straight and strictly threw his right arm to his forehead. ''Yes sir! I will spread the mission throughout the soldiers occupying the bunker. This might be a little brusk, it's about to shake!'' On these words, he dismissed from the room, before leaving, he stood at the door and looked at Luca straight in the eyes. ''I hope you know what you're doing and that the girl isn't blinding your tactics sir.'' This were his last words as he retreated from the run, into a run, putting his silenced pp7 at hand. ''LISTEN UP SOLDIERS, FLIP THE TABLES, SET TRAPS IF THEY WERE TO COME IN, PREPARE YOURSELVES SOLDIERS AS WE ARE FIGHTING THIS WAR, WE WILL EMERGE VICTORIOUS BUT FOR THIS, WE HAVE TO FIGHT WITH ALL OUR MIGHT, PREVENT OUSELVES FROM BEING FOOLISH AND NON-HESITANTLY KILL OUR ENEMIES BEFORE THEY RUTHLESSLY ELIMINATE US!!!'' He shouted with all his might. He ran throughout the bunker, prononcing these same words. Spreading the message as they would not get away easily in this one. This was the face of war. They needed to look at it in the eyes and comfront in with all their might. The face of war uncovered itself, it was time to fight.

"It's just bruises, no need for me to go to any nurse Luca. I'm not going to abandon the bunkers until everyone is out."

She held out her hand.

"I know you have some sort of gun on you so hand it over just incase. I need something with real bullets this time, not rubber ones."

She could hear the battle raging outside and she stood their patiently refusing to leave the battle just for bruises. He seemed to be acting like she had a bullet through her stomach. She was a bit to headstrong to leave at this point in time.

When Luca and a group of soilders left the bunker to find the girl, Jordan stayed behind. She gathered with the rest of the group and waited patiently for their return. The other men went over plans of action and checked their weapons. Jordan did the same but continually looked out the small window to see what was going on. There were explosions in the distance, bullets racing across the beach, and many many people falling to their death. It all seemed exciting yet sad to her and she watched with an uneasy feeling growing inside her.

Jordan was snapped out of it when Luca burst into the bunker with the missing girl. He rushed her into another room and all the soilders ran over to see her. Jordan got pushed back and waited until everyone cleared. She leaned against the wall for a few minutes until everyone dispersed back to their parts of the room. Just as Jordan was about to make her to way over to Luca, Cody rushed in before her. There was some conversation about the war and Jordan could tell it was only getting worse. After a few moments, he came back out and shouted orders to prepare and she made no hesitation to follow them.

Luca sighed..." this is not about the Seargent...this is about orders...our first orders were to fight our way up the beach....our second orders were to rescue the seargent here....and now our orders are to defend this bunker...and we will defend it with our lives." he roamed the hallways and yelled so that everyone everywhere in the bunker could hear him" soldiers.....this our finest hour.... we will defend this bunker with our lives... we will fend off the wolf and spare the rabit from death. this menace will not stand against us. i just want to say. its been a pleasure serving with all of you. and no matter what happens to any one of you here.... you will always be remembered as a brave soldier who died fighting. im proud of all of you." he turned quickly to Leah" if you dont want to leave fine, i know im over reacting...but its cuase you are one of my close friends. i would hate to see you die. but i understand now that you are not hurt that badly, i just didnt have time to examine you uearlier so i had to assume the worst. now here is a weapon" he handed her his M16 and turned pulled another one off his back" i always carry two in case one jams."

he smiled and looked back as he heard on of the trip mines go off and a scream from a syberian man" look alive gentlemen, the enemy has come knocking on our front door, and we will meet it with an iron fist!" he fired as a syberian man came running around one of the corners" die you syberian scum" he tossed a grenade as more bullets came flying while 4 more syberians came jumping around the corner. he dropped to the ground. one bullet had got him in the side, but it was a minor wound that he would fix later. he continued to fire back, trip mines going off everywhere now. they had rushed the bunker and sent so many soldiers in so quickly, that a number of their forces had died within the first few trip mines." hold steady! do not fall back until i give the signal!" he yelled and tossed another grenade, his side still bleeding, but not bad enough for him to care or for it to matter.
