apparently the 2st episode follows the comics rather closely and the characters are on point.

im assuming, since you make your own decisions, its a standalone? it's kind of confusing because all of these characters are prevalent in the fables universe.

i was only wondering this because TWD pretty much had original characters with the ones from the comics making cameos. i still wanna pick this up, but I hope I won't be too lost while playing it.

It's much like TWD in that it's based on the comics, but doesn't follow any particular story. Instead The Wolf Among Us is just doing its own thing.

For any fans of Snow and Bigby: They get married in the comics, and she's still alive.

So I finished it the other day (and I even got my sister to play it as well xD) and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. The ending was a great way to make you want to play the next episode.

Oh really I read somewhere that this was a prequel to the comics but I don't know how accurate that was so... xD

the trophies' titles tell a story and that is so awesome.

Yeah I really like the trophy titles as well.

It's really odd to think that the game only came out two weeks ago.
I'm really itching for the second episode.

Suddenly I began to remember the thing I hate about episodic gaming. The wait.

Tension is good, though.

at least the wait for this episode was shorter than the wait for TWD second episode. god, that was awful.

it's great we're getting the next episodes in a shorter time frame.

this game is great to play with a friend who's severely blazed; i chose to go to toad and let the huntsman go..i don't think he did it..maybe and i'm going to replay it soon, make different choices. here's my thing:

who did it? i don't think it was her husband, due to his manner of death and his love for her, but can't be sure. because of the tweedle chase sequence, i didnt explore the home fully. if the pimp, who i assume is employing the twins, is looking for info on her, i doubt he killed her. the huntsman's m/o and actions don't exactly line up. bluebeard?

EDIT: also that bar scene made me sad...i think some of the accusations at bigsby were fair

But it was only two months between TWD's first two episodes?

Well you can save her husband, but I didn't either, so who knows if that changes things. I think out of the current suspects Bluebeard is the most likely choice since we barely know anything about him. Hopefully we'll run into him in the new episode.

I'd be playing it, but I'm short on money right now. Gonna get it as soon as I can since it's only like $5.

Well, that was quite the episode. Crane didn't do it. Who takes such a compromising photo, then neatly puts it in an envelopment and leaves it behind at a crime scene. For that matter who leaves all that evidence behind. Calling it now, Crane is being set up. Either someone was glamoured as him, or someone interrupted his sexual act, knocked him out, and killed the girl.

I'm finally getting a chance to play this tonight, thank god. Packed week and stuff and I've just had it sitting there.

So, question.

Did anybody see Prince Lawrence in Episode 2? My little preview at the end of Episode 1 showed him and Bigby conversing outside at night time in Episode 2, yet he wasn't anywhere to be seen at all once I actually played through it.

This has been bothering me all night, anybody?

In my castle, plotting your demise
I can believe Crane did use Lily glamoured as Snow White. Easy to see a fetish. But Crane is not a killer. Decapitating someone takes, well, a body not like Crane. And there needs to be a murder weapon. And Faith's death is unaccounted for. I am pretty sure Crane has an alibi for Faith's death. There are multiple people here. Crane, at most, is an accomplice.
