either its cuz of the bugs create the glitch or maybe they're not completely done w/ making the destiny islands area and they're missing the bridge.

Maybe when you get to the bridge Sora notices it's gone and is like "Oh Firetruck!" And Mickey or whoever is messing with the world creates a bridge. That or it's part of the challenge. Another idea is you just can get over there.

Get in ocean > swim a little out > circle behind island > climb ladder > ???? > PROFIT.

The bugs glitch the journal. Anyway, the bridge'll most likely reappear after you hop across the silver blocks and beat down the ones before reaching the small paopu island.
