1. Xion is more than likely Kairi's (or Aqua's) nobody
Why? Because she looks like Kairi(or Aqua), and nobodies look like their original selves with minor differences.
I'd kick the "or Aqua's" out of the brackets if I were you and leave them in the line itself. Imo, Xion has more circumstantial basis (and that's
all we have on her for now) tying her to Aqua than Kairi (Wielding the Keyblade without being given it, using magic, her being the Aqua while Roxas is Ven and Xemnas is Terra [as opposed to saying she's the Kairi and Roxas is the Sora since Axel's obviously not a Riku]).
2. Xion was more than likely not born on Destiny Islands during the night of the Storm.
This is because Kairi is a PoH. When her heart was removed from her body, her body became a lifeless shell instead of a nobody.
For a consensus, I strongly disagree with this.

3. The reason Xion is able to wield the KK is because she is Kairi's(or Aqua's) nobody
Even more so than in 1, bring Aqua out of the brackets. She has a much higher chance of being the reason why Xion can use the KK than Kairi, who was given her Keyblade by Riku.
1. Xion = Kairi's nobody
There are a couple of issues here so I don't entirely believe it.
First, Xion can fight, Kairi can't. Why would Kairi have a Nobody with any sort of physical skill when she and her other confirmed nobody are physically weak.
As said around, Namine never fought, so how can we know if she's weak or not? Also, Xion probably underwent training and has special powers that only Nobodies have. So while I disapprove of Xion being possibly Kairi's Nobody, Kairi lacking fighting abilities doesn't fly.
Heck, Roxas seemed to be a much better fighter than Sora did but he's still Sora's Nobody.
Second, Xion appears to have Sora's memories, but can't recall Kairi's name. This points out a connection to Sora, as opposed to Kairi. She also appears to be connected to Sora's memory restoration, as said by Namine'
..............Sora's Memories? Excuse me? Where did that come from? "She can't endure it"? Unconfirmed in the least. I always took it that Nami was talking about Kairi.
Really, that's about the only thing truly remotely tying Xion to Sora's sleep save for the order in which the scenes were displayed in the trailer :\ it's really nothing to go on, especially since Nomura all but said he was toying with us about her.
2. Xion can wield the KK because she's Kairi's nobody
If the KK is not her's, how can she wield it against Axel without Roxas around. If Roxas was there and conscious, I find it hard to believe he'd allow her to fight him with it. And if he were there and unconscious, or if he wasn't there at all, how is she manifesting the KK?
She probably took it from Roxas, no doubt. The trailer presents a scene in which Xion aims the KK at him, but a scan that seems to show the exact next minute has
Roxas holding the KK.
Her snatching the KK would also imply stronger relations to Aqua, imo, seeing how, again - Kairi was given a Keyblade by Riku; she never took one.
I also absolutely oppose the idea Xion is Aqua's nobody, since Aqua appears to be at least 5-10 years older than she is and was only present about 10 years ago, as far as we know.
But first we have Xion being a Special Nobody, and then the physical differences Nobodies undergo from their Somebodies - a change whose extent we know not. Heck, seeing how Ven isn't Sora but Roxas still looks precisely like him would indicate all but a wide freedom of differences as long as the basic facial features or what are maintained.
