I also have no job, no money, no boyfriend, then again, I don't want a boyfriend, since I'm not gay. I'd like a girlfriend though. I've just been busy being a lazy bum who sleeps everyday =(

Hate to double post, but this thread needs a revival. A bit of news coming out of my state:

tl;dr both houses of the NC General Assembly (the state-level Congress, if you will) passed a bill that would require hate crimes towards LGBT students to be reported. It just needs the Governor's signature now to become law.

I all ready informed Rich of this, but the Westboro Baptist Church came to my state, Rhode Island, in early June to protest at multiple points around the capital of Providence. There was a huge online organization of students from multiple schools, and the turn out was amazing. It was essentially 100 people against four grumpy homophobes. Their signs were hilarious, btw. We actually ended up making them leave one of their posts an hour and a half early.

Lol, there were only 4 of them? I wonder if membership is decreasing. :3 One can only hope.

Also deserving honorable mention, NC elected its first female governor last year, who is currently serving. We're making leaps and bounds compared to many other Southern states.

I'm glad to hear there was such a turnout against the protesters, though. Did you attend yourself?

I wish Obama was gay. That'd throw everyone for a loop xD America would be in an up roar with riots everywhere! It'd be awesome! World war III would begin because terrorists would attack America in it's confused and weakened state. America would bomb them back and then other countries would get involved, then BAM! World War III! All because of a gay black president.
