- Persona 5 will run on a different engine than Catherine's 3rd party engine.
- Atlus producer Katsura Hashino is referring to it as an internal engine, which he says will result in smooth game making.
- Hashino claims there will be a long wait for the game.
Persona 5 uses Atlus' internal engine -Destructoid
I guess this thread will based on tiny bits of news until development gets into full swing.

Old thread, but something like this needs the hype!
Personally, I hope that they put in on the 360 as well. ...I don't have a PS3, which I know it would be on.

How the hell has no one talked about this yet? Probably because there isn't much to talk about. But, for what it's worth, here's the source.

I expect it to be a long time. I'm hoping it isn't too connected to past games, like how the other few have. Even though P4A kind of hints at that, I just want the game it hints at to be a spinoff or something. P5 needs a new setting and characters, maybe some old cameos. All I really ask of it.
