I don't think Xemnas would have remained leader if he wasn't the strongest.

personally none of Organization 13 was difficult to defeat...

but the strongest people all around would have to be A. Xemnas because he's the freakin leader so he knows everyone's powers and such so he can turn it around on everyone else.....

or B. Zexion because he has the power of allusion & the mind he could easily cloud the others minds & take control over them consuming them with false thoughts which could lead them to kill themselves...cause mental power is a strong element....used the right way

and no I don't like Zexion but you have to give him credit...

xemnas. in com everyone was afraid of "the superior" so u know xemnas is strong plus marluxia needed sora to take him down. also xemnas may have the ability to turn nobodies into dusks(like when axel said) so in a tourney he would probably just turn them into a dusk and then kill them. theres no way marluxia can be strongest because he lost to sora the same age that sora lost to xemnas(in final mix). that also makes larxene probably the weakest member. xemnas is also strongest because it took sora and riku to take him down.

i would hav to say xigbar or xaldin.both were strong and dificlut to beat(and it took me more then 1 try to beat them.except demyx

1.Xemnas-In CoM everyone but 1 person feared him, and with all the corruption in the org. i doubt if he wasnt the strongest, he would be the leader.
2.Saix-He was second in command and being number 7 he had to have been strong
3.Marluxia-He was the only one in CoM who didnt fear the "superior", and plus Sora never even officially defeated him, he just sealed him in a room if i remember correctly
4.Roxas-If sora couldn't summon the keyblade, Roxas would have won
5.Xaldin-One of the hardest org. members in kh2
6.Lexeaus-When Riku fought Lexeaus in CoM, Riku barely won and Lexeaus was able to shake the whole castle when he attacked(and they were in the basement)

Xemnas is the strongest. yeah he's the leader and all, so he should be the best, but he was the only one who could actually kill sora.

People shouldn't say Roxas can defeat Xemnas just because Sora can. Sora almost died, he needed the help of Riku to beat Xemnas.

And besides, Roxas lost to Riku in Xehanort's heartless form.

Hmm, well I've only ever played the org members in KH2. And Xemnas wasn't so bad if you level up a lot. Xaldin wasn't that impossible to beat either. So I guess I'll just have to wait until KH2:FM+ comes out (?) at the end of this year.

I'd have to say Roxas. Xemnas has always been stronger than members 2-12, and then Xemnas was defeated by Sora. Since Sora and Roxas are the same, then that means that if Sora can beat Xemnas, then so can Roxas. Therefore, Roxas is the strongest member of Organization XIII.

Marluxcia....will own him without to much trouble,Roxas was a playable character so you cant really say he was the strongest. But then again the nature element vs the power of the keyblade would be a very good match (that is if no one plays as Roxas).

The only reason he was so weak was because in KH2 it was part of the main plot, so he had to be made easier.

Lol Xemnas was not that hard in KH: Final mix he only had freaking energy sabers as hands. But you are wrong when it comes to Xemnas being the hardest boos,Marluxcia is harder and the strongest out off all the order members. Xemnas keeps whining about ''Kingdom hearts..Open and make me eternal'' rather unlike Xemnas,Marluxcia found a stronger more powerful weapon then KH which was the keyblade itself ^__^

No he was not made easy cause he was the main plot boss,he should have been more harder then Marluxcia in CoM. Now i'm looking forward to fighting him again sense now he is THE STRONGEST BOSS IN KH2 FINAL MIX!!

it would be out of xaldin , xemnas or sai'x being that their the toughest one. Xaldin takes ages to beat (and seems to have caused most people trouble) , xemna's is the leader ("the superior") so obviously his one of the toughest if not the most powerful member and sai'x was quiet powerful himself

Marluxcia did not fear Xemnas like all the other ORG members,Marluxcia could have won Xemnas. The reason he wanted the power of the keyblade (namely Sora) was because Xemnas need the keyblade to have more hearts to open his little KH. No Marluxcia refuses to be Xemnas lapdog,he would have fought him with or without Sora and won.
