I've never played Super Mario Galaxy, but I did stumble upon a few of its soundtrack when browsing through YouTube. Upon hearing these two pieces for the first time, I immediately fell in love.

I particularly love the Gusty Garden Galaxy one because it sounds so free. It's one of those pieces that invoke the feeling of flight and I'm quite a sucker for such. Also, the subtle guitar in the background really drives me mad.

When it comes to ending themes, I also have a few favourites, but I find the ending theme to Chocobo Racing the most memorable to me. I absolutely adore the lyrics, and even more when sung in Japanese.

Considering it's in my sig I can't believe I forgot about a few from my favorite PS1 game.

Those songs are very good. The Battle Theme and Dart's theme get you pumped up to go into battle and If You Still Believe is a slow and powerful song that sets the mood of the game.

Here's a couple from two of my favorite PS2 RPG's.

I loved this song immediately after I heard it for the first time.

This song surprised me with how much I liked it. It's sad and the vocals are amazing (the video that goes with it helps show those points).

This thread has helped bring back a lot of memories.

There are too many game soundtracks and remixes that I love, but I guess I'll only share a few that don't get enough love (ya know, not big names like Kingdom Hearts, Skyrim, Pokemon, etc.).

Having played Bravely Default, I can safely say that many of the tracks are really wonderful. One of the most memorable ones to me is this one (although it's also probably because of the ridiculously hard Turtle Dove Nemesis boss battle this was played in).

It starts off powerful, went playful for a moment, and then kicks in even more powerfully. From certain parts of this piece, I get some Pokemon vibes as well.

Also, the overworld theme of Ni no Kuni are just something else. It's actually an instrumental rendition of the game's theme song.

That one's a tear-jerker, really. There exists the vocalised version as well, which I love just as much.

Also, this one, an aptly titled piece from the same game. I love the regal feel of it, and upon hearing this the first time, I knew I was about to embark on a wonderful journey.

I have a few games with soundtracks I really love.

Eternal Sonata was amazing, and rightfully so. I loved that many of chopin's actual pieces were in it.

Catherine. That freaking music as you climbed and fought bosses was intense!

Persona3/4 Both of these have amazing soundtracks. I love when a game is willing to provide so many vocals for many of their songs.
