Too Many Cut Scenes

yeah I know. But it's when you are skipping cutscenes you do really notice how many cutscenes there are in KH2... KH1 wasn't that bad, but I wish that we could skip cutscenes there too... Like in the second Riku battle at HB for example... The cutscene before that battle is really long ehile the battle itself is hard.. I had to watch that long cutscene a couple of times in other words.

If they took away the gameplay, they would make MORE money because it is a HIGH QUALITY Movie!! That people would pay for.

The people would pick up arms and go to war, led by me.

It's called the prologue. And KH2 had an incredible long prologue. I must admit that when the logo finally appeared in KH2, it was a good effect.

Then the game went to hell though.

I could've done without so many cutscenes. Basically all you do in each world is:

I can only thank god that they put in the skip feature

What you wrote before doesn't make it a good thing that you could skip cutscenes;
It means it's a bad thing the game's plot and structure were lacking.

what r u all yelling about? i liked the the cutscenes and i was very happy there was like a million, and when u replayed i didnt skip em, and i got mad when my friend tried to skip em. i wanted there to be more, i think the cutscenes were great:thumbsup:

I liked the cutscenes. I thought they were one of the better parts of all of the games. =/
The fact that people even press the skip button sort of makes me gag inside.

I never thought of some of the cutscenes as useless, although I can understand why people would think that. I see them more as the, "Can't live with em, can't live without em" kind of cutscenes. I watch them wishing I just knew the information without having to watch the scene.

Then again, I don't even mind Xenosaga cutscenes. And those are long.

Now TWEWY had useless cutscenes. But I'll stop talking about that game.

TWEWY had character interaction. The entire game is built up on characters, that's why the useless cutscenes are actually the essence of the game, like Shiki stripping Neku in the middle of the street to fix his button.
I love that girl.
And Ren, pm me for all your TWEWY needs that don't include the Secret Reports. I'll be happy to squeel with you on them.

As for skipping scenes, I do it when I die repeatedly. I don't play the game often enough to not need to watch the scenes :3

Ahh, don't get me wrong on the TWEWY cutscenes. I loved most of them, but then there were some major "duh" moments. I don't exactly remember, but there was the 104 math equation one, and you couldn't even go there until you went through a cutscene. X_X

I never skipped cutscenes in KH unless I'd died beforehand. I didn't even skip them in my repeated playthroughs. I feel like a true, blue KH fan, now.

That's because the condition to pass the Wall blocking your way was to get a partner. So you needed a cutscene. XD

yeah. please, I'm currently playing TWEWY and I think that the cutscenes will be more enoyable when I'm experiencing them myself then hearing somebody talk about them first xD (I have already been through the Shiki asks Neku to strip thing though xD)

But the KH2 cutscenes were unimportant in that way that they explained things that was to obvious anyways... (I'm not talking about the few cutscenes that were actually important to the storyline though.

But anyway, you could always skip over them, even in the freaking opening sequence!!!
So to any of you whiners out there, thank god that you can skip them in KH2.
Do you know how annoying it was to sit through all of the ones in KH1, especially if you died during a boss battle and had to rewatch the WHOLE cutscene?!

The cutscene with the Stealth Sneak cutscene pissed me off the most since I had to fight Clayton and then the Stealth Sneak ALL OVER AGAIN! XD.

It was torture but I finally did a victory dance when I defeated him ^^

It's funner when you do it over a Friday night with a bunch of friends.
The things you can come up with over Sora and Tidus going at it over and over and over agian...
Btw, did you know the best balance you can get against Riku is 100-0?

I personally didn't mind the cutscenes. I loved them and I thought they were awesome.
So yeah, lol! I mean alot that interrupted game but yeah, lol. Cutscenes were like a nice break for me.
