[Twilight Town] A new world? [OPEN]

When no one made a single move to stop him for threatening a little girl, Kaz removed the trinket of a prize from his grip and dropped it down below atop of Scrooge McDuck's head; who barely caught it in time, fumbling with it left and right before landing onto the ground with a thud as he held the prize aloft. Something like the word "safe" could be heard with a sigh of relief. Shaking his head, he watched the contestants stay in place with idle expressions on their faces; except for Nakoi. Talk about a tough crowd. Writing something down in a journal at a time like this? Who does he think he is?! No matter. "Kaz. K-A-Z. Got that? Good!"

Out of the corner of his eye did he catch someone trying to flee in the opposite direction. "Naughty, naughty." Kaz sang aloud, flicking his fingertips in Shiro's direction, "You're going against the rules by escaping. Your heart is good as mine." A few more nobodies emerged, chasing after the fleeing boy in the alleyway. Some of the nobodies began to merge together during the chase, slowing its movements down to form into a Twilight Thorn and shot some its tendrils in Shiro's direction to seize him altogether. "The more you struggle, the more tastier your heart will be for me to ravish-!"

Kaz ceased his laughter into a snarl, blinded by four pillars of light - his eyebrows narrowing in fury, taken aback by a mere boy holding a blade to his throat. "Hasn't anyone ever told you, it's not nice to point sharp pointy objects at a person's... throat? Someone might get hurt." A pained smile crossed his face as he took hold of ragged red cloak and jerked it aside and held it firmly in one grip. Irritation bubbling up inside of his chest to see four hearts going to such waste made him want to scream - darkness started to form and swirl beneath his steeled toe boots as he tilted his head slightly to the right, antennas twitching a little - did he finally smile. "What's so special about this little girl? Awfully generous to forfeit everyone else's heart for hers'... Was it really necessary to ruin my next meal?"

A whistle of appreciation left his lips as Kaz stared at the Dark Firaga being threatened in his direction. Is that the best you can do? Pretending to think it over with a hand on his hip and head slightly bowed, he readied himself to fight. "Your mistake is thinking I'll hand a tasty meal over to the likes of you!" With quick reflexes, Kaz threw his red cloak up to blind the Eclipse Prince's sight - taking advantage to strike with his claws becoming enormous in size and held over his head, mustering all the strength he could to smash the boy into the ground like a hammer. "You want her? Good luck finding her!" If this blow didn't do it, the claws emerging from a few feet behind the Eclipse Prince will do the trick.

Naoki couldn’t believe this guy, Kaz he said his name was. First he threatens to eat the girl’s heart then he goes off on some random guy. With the Nobodies around, those four heartless he’d never encountered, and the guy himself. It seemed as though the only chance was to play his game, even more so once some of the nobodies started fusing. That’s when the lights happened and he heard a familiar voice.

He had to admit The Eclipse Prince showed up at the worst and best time. So he was following us to get rid of us, that’s not creepy at all. Naoki had a dilemma, let Clipsy and Kaz fight it out and swoop in after they were both tired to take the kid back, but he threw that plan out as he still couldn’t hold a candle to Clipsy’s fighting prowess and if Kaz was thinking of going toe to toe with him he had to be just as good. Naoki also couldn’t just take the kid while the two villains were fighting since they were both after the girl, so only one path was open to him.

He put the journal away after adding Kaz’s name to it. He set down his struggle bat and his pack down and grabbed his cane, and threw it at both Kaz and the Eclipse Prince, smiling as it caught fire. “Sorry guys,” he said to both of them, “the girl goes with me. You guys are way too clingy.”

Shiro expected a chase, but something such as far as a giant ninja knight just wasn't on the schedule. Blast and all it was a nice production, and the glitter worked really well with dust that remained from his flee. The beast stood still as Shiro ran and escaped towards the top of the hill. From the moment he taunted his foes to chase, he knew their bout would span the entire town if needed, and took to the rooftops. Launching from home to home, Shiro thought, This place seems to have a very serene backdrop to it. There's a huge tower facing over a large body of water. I honestly have seen nothing like it. A feat that only the cave of wonders could best- Almost as quick as he left the tournament grounds, the white beast had formed inn front of him. It's large structure denied the natural laws of matter, and it's motion was not hindered by the normal resistance caused by their terrain and space. It hadn't even changed its still demeanor. In one moment Shiro was facing a beautiful tapestry worthy of any painter or tourist... Now he faced his death.

Shiro assumed the worst. His vision couldn't clarify a battle like this. There was one way to win, and that's by beating this thing. Shiro thought, Well can I? First! With a slice of his blade, Shiro deflected an incoming blow that could have slung him into the surrounding mountains. Utilizing the recoil from the strike he twist his hips, leaving his arm extended and coarsing with steam. After a burst of smoke, the previously shining yellow became a bright green. Shiro slung his arm and sword at the beast, crushing into it's side, yet seemingly doing no true damage. Sure, a tear hear and there, but what was he tearing? It almost felt like nothing, but the obvious threat was there. After shifting gears to a shining red, Shiro had discerned the beast prowess and focused solely on wailing the essence out of it. His attacks drew it back a few steps, here and there, but that was about all. Shiro couldn't help but think, What the hell have I got myself into?

Riku and Xavier, unknowingly, looked up at the same time to see the scene unfold. The cloaked figure seemed to radiate the same energy that Heartless did, both of them could sense that, but where Xavier saw a threat, Riku saw a potential ally. Having had some time to learn to control Heartless, Riku thought that he could possibly control this being to help him find Kiari. Then a familiar face from Traverse Town had showed up, the Eclipse Prince. After joining up with him for the battle he had stuck around for a bit, but when there was no talk of Maleficent or the others back in Hollow Bastion, Riku had decided the mad Prince wasn't aligned with those who had promised help and evacuated the world via Dark Corridor. He had wound up here to find that the man had followed him, or that they had similar destinations. Riku saw the man who had fallen asleep in front of him dart down the alley and not only miss him but nod at a figure Riku had previously failed to notice. The white creatures, Nobodies as Maleficent had called them, darted after the man and formed a Twilight Thorn. "This is getting bad..." Riku stated, summoning his Soul Eater, "If this guy draws too much attention....." The thought of what might happen to Sora, or worse, Kiari, where either of them to be here made a shiver run down Riku's spine. Out of generosity, Riku first lunged at the Twilight Thorn holding the man who had run by hostage. As the Soul Eater came in contact with the leg of the beast, a small group of Heartless appeared around Riku, also beginning to attempt to damage the Thorn.

Xavier sat there like the newborn Nobody he was, the Dusks around him not bothering to attack him. He wasn't sure what to do, he wasn't shocked, or surprised, or really anything. When he saw the second man appear, he felt something. Almost as if he wanted to disembowel the man where he stood. Xavier stood, rage upon his face giving the façade of emotions as his Earthen Blades materialized to him. He rolled over to the platform and rose one sword above his head creating a spike of earth which unintentionally rose up under the cloaked man, apparently named Kaz. Whelp, may as well go with it, he thought. Upon completion of the thought, he threw his blades using his Earth Raid technique to dismiss the Nobodies that would be grouping around him soon.
