when areth is explaining to donald and goofy about ansem and his reports, they say scaterred? and she says thats right, to many worlds. instead of too many worlds.

Too many worlds - - is not, this sentence means that there are more worlds than there are suppose to be, which is irrelivent in the sentence. "Too" being an irregular adjective in reference to an overabundance, or in terms of people, a mutual agreement. (the latter doesn't matter here so just ignore that)
"That's right, too many worlds", cannot be correct here, as the number of worlds involved in the scattering of the reports was not in question when Donald made his inquiry. Therefore, 'to' many worlds as was written is correct.
