perhaps with the heartless having well lets just say beaten and the nobodies definetly beaten. maybe the unversed are heartless and nobodies and it used to be that unversed swallowed hearts and it got split into heartless and nobodies and now with both defeated we take our last stand against the unversed in kh3

I think that Unversed didnt exist at KH 1 & 2 because they are the first level of Heartless...You can call it an evolution

i think they are dead but can be reborn since they are born from negative emtions and since everyone has negative emotions they can't be truly destroyed. so it's possible.

yea i could see that. But also at the end of khII sora was looking at an urgent message from king mickey it might be possible this was tlking about a new/reoccurring threat(unversed) And if anyone was to know anything about the unversed it would be mickey since he preety much saw nd possibly battled them during bbs.

I think they did become extinct at the end of BBS. And are quickly replaced in the universe with the birth of Heartless and nobodies about a year later. Depending on the process and who created them they may return if their method of creation or production is discovered and started up again.

It was recently revealed that Unversed are created from negative emotions.

I think when the heartless were form, the Unversed we knew then some how morphed into Heartlesses, or the Heartless wiped them out of extinction.
