Caleb never expected the Land of Lightning to be rich with such loud lightning. Of course, the name itself gives it away, but it was more than he would have imagined. The dark skies put a damper into his mood, but that wasn't the only thing that made Caleb a bit depressed. It was the rain that was soon followed by the thunderous sounds of lightning then the actual thunder. All that it had to show for was a darkened landscape with a few trees.

"This place sure is shocking."

Examining the area, Caleb came to the conclusion that not only was there no one here to present him with some decent background info on this place, but he did not bring a hoodie. The one thing he was not prepared for was the rain. To make matters even worse, Caleb was brought to this place purely because he was promised a decent fight. The warrior inside him yearns for the thrill of battle, even if he sometimes does not show it.

"I shall wait." Caleb said.

He knew better not to go to the eye of the storm, so instead he waited outside of what could be called the forest. Thankfully his talents of Geokinesis allowed him to create an elevated platform that would float just because of his advanced control.

Thunder roared in the sky and as flashes of light flashed across the horizon, lightning continually streaked down and crashed through the clouds. The rain didn't let up, it poured out of the skies and pattered along the ground, breaking up the weak earth in some places and caused puddles in others. The worlds as usual were broken down long past their former glory as the Adversai had taken up residence in nearly every area just like how the heartless and other twisted and now shrinking numbers of being once dwelt.

"What a perfect storm. Such radiant light and the absence of all those too weak to possibly do anything other than die or be consumed. I love it."

Irritum scowled as a lightning bolt struck the ground nearby him, dirt showered his form but he moved forward and dusted himself off. "Stupid lightning, what the hell type of shit is this?!?!" The thunder rumbled in the sky again and Irritum came further out of the shadows, "There you are. I was wondering if you'd make it here in one piece, of course I can't be surprised that you did...son of Cerden." Irritum's eyes glowed every so faintly and ever so ominously as the wind blew across the top of his head, rattling the spiky locks that stood nearly straight up.

The growing man before Irritum's eyes looked rather promising, and if things were to rapidly change for the worse in the next few days then this was the only thing that meant anything to Irritum until then. He'd consume any and all who were of no use to him and not be stopped by those whom were feeble and couldn't face their fears. "You know what this is about right??"

He stepped forward, "How about we don't waste any time and begin..."

While just patiently waiting for whoever to arrive, Caleb couldn’t help but trail into a deep thought. The memories of his father was the only thing besides the necklace he had. It wasn’t that his father’s memory wasn’t strong. It’s just that he stays strong despite yearning for his father’s physical appearance once more, even if it’s just for a second. It would ease him so much.

“I miss you dad.” A single tear came from his eye.

As soon as Caleb wiped that wet drop from his eye, he could feel the presence of another being. However, he didn’t have to even ask for a name, he knew who it is. Caleb didn’t know him personally, but there was no mistaking It that this man who stood before him was Irritum. He knew this was about his father, and he even knew that Irritum was here to test Caleb’s skills.

“Yeah, I know what this is about.” Caleb nodded his head.

Caleb lowered the elevation from the ground he was standing on so that he was at a face-to-face to Irritum. His left hand reached out, and a celestial sepia aura soon followed. His sword Terra Binder formed immediately. The sword itself looked like a combination of bones, and crumbled earth with a power source of magical energy to bind it together in magnificent weapon it appears to be.

“Your move.”
