What Sea-Salt ice cream is for the present-day KH era Cinnamon rolls are for the x[chi]-era and Ephemer is gung-ho for them while Ava is a master-baker of those things.
And whenever the Dandelions perform exceptionally well in training, Lady Ava awards a free round of self-made Cinnamon rolls for everyone (and Ephemer of course tries to snatch some extra cause he's an adorable little shit ;P).
I know right, I'm trying to screencap this scene when he has his eyes still open to use as my avatar, although I'm not sure if that falls under "spoiler" so maybe I should wait to change it until the English version is officially out?

When I first saw this reaction I wanted to poke him in the cheek.
If they do interact and become somewhat close with each other we might call them the cinnamon roll brothers, lol.
And if in KH III possibly Sora joins in as well we'd have a cinnamon roll triplet.
This reminds me, Ventus' primary color is green and Sora's seems to be red, so give Ephemer blue and we have a human version of Donald's nephews at hand...*ggg*
