It takes place in the Deep Dive city, the unknown that Sora is charging apparently weilds the soul eater (Which means its possibly Riku) (I forget where I heared that but I'm pretty sure it's on the newsboard) And the nobody's aren't fighting because they're making sure the org. member and Sora don't try to run away. Thats all we know about it so far... I think...
