I have EA Active and I've burnt plenty of calories on it.I also go outside alot.I ride my skateboard and sometimes ride my ripstick.













Hopefully not ALL of you spend all your time on these forums, right?

Well, I'm in a gym class and weightlifting class at school for the semester. Thank god they are in the last two periods of the day, but it sucks that they are back to back.

I sometimes work out at home and run, but I've been doing most of my work outs lately in Gym. I'm actually starting to lose some more weight and gain more muscle, which is good for me.

I did do fencing 3 times a week, iv changed that to gig rowing now though. I occasionally use the gym at college and also go out mountain biking when i have the time ^^

to be honest, i do absolutely nothing. i'm 16, 5' something, and weigh 115 pounds. i have no reason to stay "in shape" besides the fact my cholesterol is over the roof (like 4 or 5 years ago, it was over 200), but that's mainly hereditary anyway.

since i have no real health problems, i don't bother. i do intend on trying to bulk up soon though (since i have no muscle, along with no fat. just skin, bones, and organs). hopefully before/during this coming summer.

I jog on our tredmill for 45 min
or for somthing different I do 60 mins of dvd classes
I also REALLY watch what I eat...(damn slow matabolism)
I also do weights every other day

Um, most of the time, me and my friends go in my background and play soccer, or whatever for an hour or two.
Then I have tennis practice once a week. I'm also really hyper, and I run around alot, if that counts.


Sadly, I'm one of those people who always checks the nutrition facts. (though I have a high metabolism)
But even if it's bad for you, I eat it anyway.


I'm in pretty good shape.

basically all the excercise i get is walking around in circles

and all i pretty much eat is junk food and microwavable dinners

but usually i'm too lazy to get up and get some food

i'm not fat or skinny

i'm just a little squishy lolz

I have lots and lots of cheap, meaningless, sweaty, semi-abusive, unprotected sex with multiple partners. Several times a day. And I'm built like a fucking tank. I highly recommend it.

I've got a pretty high metabolism.

And I rarely eat meat it. I really dislike how humans have the human superiority type of thought.

I occasionally exercise with 5 km runs in the park.

Overall I'm quite fit. Still suck at sports though.
