TAV, VAT, TVA, ATV, doesn't matter we know who you mean.
Being that SRK are all alive and everything during the events of BBS, I don't think they themselves are directly created or "born" by TAV sleeping.

Birth By sleep could have something to do with Unbirth by effect though. For instance; is birth = sleep then unbirth = no sleep. Simple.

i don't think that makes much sense.
I know that unbirth(not the sexual term) would mean
of an existence of not being born, thus meaning something that
is unborn. In this case it is something that exists without birth
or beginning.
