What does this AR card do?

Could someone tell me what this AR card does? Its the one that has three dream eaters on it. Thanks

It gives you one of the three dream eaters shown on it. Go to spirits in the main menu and point the camera at the card to get the dream eater.

So Is it possible to get all 3 somehow. Maybe by printing out another copy of the same AR card?

You can get all three through the usual Dream Eater method, but using another card DOES NOT work.

When you start a new game, it pre-determines what one you'll get, no matter what card you use. The only way to get a new DE is to start a new game.
