just post what inspires you
either just tell us, or post videos, lyrics, pictures, anything

for me, it's mostly quotes, lyrics, and pictures

listening to Bright Eyes - I'm Wide Awake It's Morning

this may sound corny but I find inspiration in the real things in life... that's how I come up with ideas... sometimes I'm inspired by pieces of art, music and other forms of creative efforts... but there's so much that inspires me that I'd be 56 by the time I'm finished...

I find writing ideas in both the seemingly most random of places and the seemingly obvious of places.

However, I find inspiration in music similar to Owl City, The Secret Handshake, and some other bands. The classical genre also inspires me. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but when I get inspired, I get inspired ^-^.

Couldn't have said it better myself Elle-chan <3
Anything with Adam Young or his music.

Lyrics: A Snippet from> Tidal Wave - Owl City
All my life I wish I broke mirrors,
Instead of promises cause all I see,
is a shattered conscience staring right back at me.
I wish I had covered all my tracks completely,
cause I'm so afraid is that the light at the far end of the tunnel, or just the train?
Lift your arms only heaven knows that a danger grows,
and it's safe to say,
there's a bright light up ahead and help is on the way.

I am Legend inspired me.
The book didnt, just the movie.

Something about someone keeping strong willed when he has lost everything was really cool. It was inspiring that he kept doing his work to try and redeem the world even when he was fighting a losing battle.

haha oh my god yes! adding that to my list too, c.s. lewis and his books are magical

. . .I hope you meant Screwtape, right? Because I deefinitely wasn't referring to his Nephew Wormwood.

I was referring to the Wormwood of KHI Forums, but you'll neeever find him - he is most elusive at times.

The TV series Scrubs probably. I'm not quite sure what it is, but it just gets you to think about yourself time again and again.

This is very very true. That's one of the reasons I love Scrubs (it's probably my favorite tv series of all time) so much. Oh, and Elliot's slammin' tush.

yes! i sadly dont watch scrubs as much as i used to
but i like those certain episodes of shows you like, where you actually think about life and everything
happened to me last night haha

got some good stuff goin, lets keep it comin

Bright Eyes lyrics
Poison Oak

But me I'm a single cell
On a serpents tongue
There's a muddy field where a garden was
And I'm glad you got away
But I'm still stuck out here
My clothes are soaking wet
From your brother's tears

And I never thought this life was possible
You're the yellow bird that I've been waiting for

The end of paralysis
I was a statuette
Now I'm drunk as hell on a piano bench
And when I press the keys
It all gets reversed
The sound of loneliness makes me happier

that whole album does it for me
