Which, in the age of fairy tales, is a significantly limited pool of candidates.Strictly speaking, unless there's another line or difference in the Japanese version, a 'dingbat in black' wouldn't necessarily have to be wearing a black coat like the Organization. For example, looking at our Union Leaders, Brain is definitely in black. You could probably say Skuld and maybe the others were 'in black' too.
