What level does your ablitlty reach CR?

Do you have to level it up a certain amount or something? How do you get them to CR? I have one but i have no idea how i did it.

It happens randomly when you are combining commands, sometimes it will say overspec on the screen which gives the command you just made an R, C or CR.

this could just be my imagination but i find i get commands to "overspec" more often when melding 2 of the same commands :/

Just keep on melding Commands together and sooner or later, you'll get "Overspec" which can add an R, C, or RC.

this is what i did to get CR for my commands. When the command is ready to be melded i save the game then meld the command if i dont get C,R,or CR i turn the game off and keep trying until i get C,R,CR
