Magic in the Kingdom Hearts series has both changed dramatically and stayed pretty much the same throughout the games.
On the one hand, there are certain families of spells that grow and expand with the series; fire, fira, and firaga generally do the same thing in each iteration with new variations and combinations becoming available as the caster's skill increases and style emerges (dark firaga, fire raid, mega flare, etc.)
On the other hand, new types of magic are constantly being introduced or explored, such as the "balloon" tree in DDD, or "confetti", from BbS (which collectively I will refer to as "party magic").
In this thread, I wanna know what ideas you have for new/improved magic spells and abilities for KH3 and beyond. Can be original spell trees, different uses for existing spells or new magic combinations (dark blizzaga, anyone?).

My idea is for haste, hastera, and hastega (maybe even hasteza) to become actual spells. In the games where they appear, they're just abilities that help to reload commands faster. While that's a great thing on it's own, I think it would be a cool idea to be able to speed up your character as a whole.
As in, you cast Haste, then for the next 20 seconds, your movement and attack speed increase by 1.5 times. Hastera- 1.75x for 25 seconds. Hastega- double speed for 30 seconds.
Since it can be kind of OP, it'd probably have to have a trade off, like this command loads super slow or takes up two slots. You probably wouldn't be able to stack them either. Funny story, but back in my Action Replay days, I used to use an adjustable speed-up cheat in 358 Days and past 2x speed you tended to glitch through the floor a lot, especially on stairs.
Even so, it was always one of my favorite cheats and I'd love to see it become a part of legitimate gameplay. It could even come in handy on those time-trial mini games that require crazy low times to get the trophy.
