I just had something that compel me to write this out. I think it would be beneficial to come up with tactics to help discuss what relaxes when you're stressed.
By the way, we all have things that make us just want to tear our hair out. Sometimes, it is just difficult just to calm down. Right, guys? You know what I am saying? I hate moments when I just lose it and cannot seem to calm down.
I have had my moments where I just can't seem to get out of my house, I get really frustrated by it. I usually play video games or eat a lot whenever I get into this state. I guess it relaxes me, but I just hate being in this mood. Anyways, how do you guys deal with stress and what makes you relax?
