Just give me anything KH at this point, like I've said in the past I'd be fine with a Union Cross remaster. Would have the same graphics as the OG mobile game but the gameplay would not be p2w & would just be basic turn based action.
Or a paid expansion for Astro Bot that includes Sora in it. I don't think the Shark & Spider were bosses in Astrobot from the VR game so you got two new worlds there - Spider Galaxy and Shark Galaxy.
Spider Galaxy could utilize the Mouse powerup that we only used once, Shark Galaxy could utilize the Penguin one

hoping at least for spider-man 2 DLC. since this is not a ''showcase'' i feel the chances for KH4 showing up is kinda low? if the game was meant to be shown this year it SHOULD be here. or TGA, i guess.

It's really incomprehensible to me. Same for Spider-Man and Last of Us. But I'm sure enough people buy into that crap to justify making it.
They'd rather rerelease something that's not even 10 years old yet than invest in new IP or entries for established properties. Hell, make Horizon 3 instead! Someone in a suit out there is probably looking at Concord's numbers and concluding that it's not worth it to push new things, ignoring all the other aspects that led to its failure.
Not sure if it was always like this, correct me if I'm wrong, but is there usually a three versions of a State of Play? A fully Japanese one, another fully Japanese one with English subtitles and a fully English one? I'm subscribed to the Playstation YouTube account and when they do State of Plays, I usually only see the English one in my subscription box but now I see a dedicated Japanese one too.

I do think we’ll get an announcement from SE for something releasing the first half of 2025 either tomorrow or at the Xbox show. So far, they have no set games during that window. DQ1&2 are set for next year, but I expect those in the latter half of the year.
Last year, they announced SaGa Emerald Beyond at the September Direct, which released April this year. FFXIV was also already confirmed for summer 2024 by that point. So I think it’s time we start hearing about their 2025 plans.

I don't neccesarily agree. There has been plenty of State of Plays that had big titles shown, some even better than showcases regarding 3rd party titles.
Not saying KH4 will show up in this one, but just because it's SoP instead of showcase doesn't make the chance much lower I feel.

Oh wow! I only played it once. I loved the character designs though. I wish we could get more creative freedom in KH like that.
Yeah VII Remake was re-revealed at a State of Play and not a showcase. So I don’t think that’s a limitation either.
Also, we haven’t had a PS showcase since May 2023. The one before that was September 2021. It’s possible they are moving away from those. But either way, they’re so few and far between. I don’t think third parties would wait who knows how long for a showcase specifically.
It really just comes down to if they want to start marketing it yet or not. I think it’s a bit early if it’s a 2026 release. But with Nomura agreeing to answer questions about KH4 and Missing Link last week, it’s possible he is ready to pull back the curtain.

and the 4chan post listed 23. I may sound crazy here but it is possible, if that list somehow is real, that it's an earlier draft without PSVR2 games
or Silent Hill f is a PSVR2 game because we only had a CG trailer for that with no word on platform. Like, I vaguely remember cases where a company would refer to something in a plural sense and it turns out there was only one of those said somethings.

I do think we could see it tomorrow, maybe. Depending if it's a 2025 release.
Let's think about it like this:
FF16 was revealed in 2020, the 2nd trailer released in 2022, the game released in 2023.
KH4 was revealed in 2022, the 2nd trailer might be released tomorrow, the game might release in 2025.
It's an interesting possibility and with Nomura talking about KH4 again in that latest interview is interesting. Plus that interview is a week old starting tomorrow if I recall correctly...which is when the State of Play is. Coincidence?
