Sounds like the two games Jason referred to earlier in the video aren't Square Enix since he doesn't know what, if anything, SE would have at the Game Awards, especially not Kingdom Hearts 4.

Serious question here but when was the last time that Jump Festa had anything noteworthy announced for the series? Whenever I think of anything with the name âJumpâ in it, I get nostalgic over all the low quality Jump magazine scans we used to get to find out new information on the games.

The last time I remember KH news from Jump Festa was that DDD trailer where they showed YX/Vanitas confronting Sora in the cathedral.

I donât think SE is revealing game trailers at Jump Festa any more tbh. I think theyâd have announced a panel or something by now if they were going to be there. But there could still be a random social media drop next week that theyâll then play at Jump Festa. At least it would be less buried in the noise of other announcements at TGA if they did that. But probably wouldnât reach as wide an audience either.
The KH3 Final Battle trailer followed that route iirc. It was released a week or two before Jump Festa that year. There was also a 2.8 trailer at Jump Festa 2015. I think thatâs the latest one explicitly tied to the event.
They had 4 announcements at TGA last year. And that was with XVI not even being nominated for the top award. I donât think theyâll have more announcements this year per se. But I think the announcements themselves could be bigger like showing KH4 and revealing IX Remake.
The 2.8 trailer was paired with a KH3 gameplay trailer that showed off the Reaper Nobodies and the Shooting Ride soooo

For Re:Mind, they had a trailer playing on the showroom floor, but it had already debuted earlier at the State of Play. Thatâs basically been the status quo for JF lately. SE had revealed their line up on 12/3 of that year. Given theyâve announced nothing for this year yet, I assume they wonât even be there.
