I feel bad for Midori but I can't be the only one who was hoping the 2026 leak was false?

I think 2026 is a good guess at least but damn...Midori was really popping off with so many leaks for quite awhile.

I don't really know if this effects their credibility though, I've never even heard of MysticDistance

Some of their stuff was still likely legit. The thing was, they were supposedly trading Seag/Atlus leaks for the stuff for other companies like SE. So whether that stuff is accurate is more up in the air than the Sega stuff.

yea not too surprised. Once the person started posting so many different leaks, it really felt fake.

It was their way of talking that felt off. It felt so manufactured, exactly how you would type if you were pretending to be someone whose first language isn't English.

2026 earliest was my locked in guess before Midori reported on it and it's gonna stay that way. Given the nature of the trailer and the development time of previous mainline KH games, it just makes the most sense to me. But the earlier the better, as long as the game is truly finished upon release.

Yeah I’m still onboard now with the idea that they would aim for around the 20th anniversary of KH2. 2nd half of 2025 could still be possible though. I don’t think it’ll be any later than 2026 as 2027 is likely for VII Part 3 and another FFXIV expansion.
