Well it seems the stained glass areas A.K.A dive to the heart is what the inside of a heart looks like. So the awakening appears to be the awakening of the ability to use the keyblade judging by Ven's awakening. So I assume Terra and Aqua had an awakening and thus they go their keyblades then Eraqus accepted them as his apprentices.

Not true. Ven's awakening was on DI, right? Well, in the flashback which occurs before this, when MX creates Vanitas, Ven is seen wielding his keyblade (like a noob, I might add).

I know. I was just saying that Ven's awakening on DI was NOT an example of a keyblade awakening. Therefore, we have not seen such an awakening for TAV yet. Doesn't mean that didn't have one, it just means that we have no evidence.
