Which Avatar parts are still yet to be released?

Most of the outfits that were originally in X have been released in UX, but there's still a few more that have yet to carry over:

Snow White/The Prince
Queen of Hearts/King of Hearts
Ansem Seeker of Darkness
Cruella de Vil
Hades
Sweets Baron/Baroness
Rest of the Frog Caps
Bear Caps
Union Keyblade Armor
Goofy (Knight)
Donald (Wizard)
Potion necklace
Pirate Captain

Can anyone think of any more? I've probably missed some out, and there's probably Christmas/Halloween ones I've forgot to mention.

From what I can recall:

New Year's Shimekazari (the outfit my avatar here is wearing)
Shadow Ninja
Holy Night Santa (blue Santa outfit, obtainable during the last Xmas Rankings X had)
Hydrangea outfit + accessories (obtainable during Event Draw)
Moogle Headband
Dumbo, Elephant Balloons
101 Dalmations headband + bag
Clover accessories (Dark Corridor trial rewards)
Pirate bandannas
Flounder & Sebastian hats
Ether aura

and the Crossover Campaign outfits (DQ, Bravely Default PB, etc) but I'm doubtful that those will reach Ux anytime soon.

Thanks a bunch! I'm just waiting for all the parts to be released, so we can get new outfits more frequently. I'm really excited to see what's coming in the future!

I consider the Moana outfit a 'new' outfit already, since it wasn't in the original KHX.
