I chose other, because when you think about it, Xehanort would be. Out of all of those you chose, he takes the longest to kill. Sora may have been able to destroy him twice now, but who's to say that some form of Xehanort won't appear as a final boss in any of the future Kingdom Hearts games? This, and not to mention the other things that Xehanort has caused, would make him my choice as the strongest.

Oh man Riku for sure. The power houses of KH would be Terra, Riku and Goofy. Balanced would be Sora/ Roxas and Ven. Magic power house is most likely Aqua, Kairi and Donald.
