I think you can get it at any time, but there is a special trick, and it happens radomly, like trying to get the wizards staff for donald, and the defender for goofy.

plus when you get the drive bar to the max and you use the final form, holy crap it takes forever to get back to the normal form and you whooped some serious heartless butt

I would have to say Valor because it's one of the first forms you get, you wield the Oathkeeper and it's red.

i like that valor form. most people would just say the final form of master form because they are the strongest, but i like the valor form's abilities. luckily you get that form first. i dunno about the thing were you get valor or wisdom depending on what weapon you choose in the beggining.
