Who died when?

Okay, we all know that the Organization is dead, except Roxas, but the problem is what is the order in which they died?
I'm thinking:
Lexaeus
Zexion
Vexen
Larxene
Marluxia
Xion
Demyx
Xaldin
Axel
Xigbar
Luxord
Saix
Xemnas

Anyone know the official order?

I know for sure that Zexion was killed before Marluxia, because Zexion was killed in CoM, where Marluxia was the final boss. I think Zexion died between Larxene and Lexaeus.

I think the scene after Lex dies, the castle shakes like crazy and Zexion or Axel informs Riku or Marluxia's death. I think though, not 100% sure.

According to the Kingdom Hearts Wikipedia, Roxas as the only one who disappeared in the same order as his number. But in the list above, Axel died at number 8. The same as his number.

Roxas disappeared in the same order as his number, and is the only member to do so.

i think that this is it....the only variable i see is the Larxene and Lexaeus bit
