Sora at Castle Oblivion is my guess. Either him or the dude we see in Terra's scenario when he looked at Riku. ;D

I use to think it was Sora but now I have a feeling its the new dude, which am assuming is Xehanort back from after his heartleass and nobody was defeated.
Then again, the new dude could be MX from the old days, but I don't know when they showed him in the game so I can't judge what to think!!

No it can't be rikunort, its either Xehanort back after defeated or MX from the old days, rikunort is almost an impossible choice!

This is Master Xehanort's heart inside Terra's body which caused it to change its appearance. They both of the same hair, the only difference is the lenght. There's also this:

That man has bangs while Riku doesn't. Of course, Riku could grow them, but...

Mystery man's hair isn't completely white like Terranort...

Riku still kinda has bangs..
