I remember when Vexen's character was first revealed everyone thought he was a girl because of his name and there was only one screenshot to go with him and he looked like a girl (he had a big chest in the screenshot. I forgot if his hood was up or down). ;P

Marluxia, on the other hand, is more girly in the way he acts and he uses flowers to fight. I never actually mistook him for a girl, though.

I'll go with Marluxia even though I didn't mistake him for a girl.

Neither of them are 'girlier'. Marluxia may have pink hair and flowers, but that doesn't make him girly. That's a stereotype, associating all girls with pink and flowers. You forget that he wields a bigass huge scythe. Not to mention, his deep voice in the Japanese version of Re:CoM and his muscular build. =/ He is anything but girly.

Vexen only has long, blond hair. That's the only 'feminine' characteristic about him. But many other SE characters have long hair. (Examples: Vincent, Sephiroth) Does that make them 'girly'? No, not when you take into consideration how masculine they are. Vexen too has a masculine build, like Marluxia, though not nearly as muscular. But he too is anything but girly.
